Abstract

Taking into account a complex of the tasks connected with processing and coding of data of monitoring, and also formation of the compact and protected packages of information by means of object systems of touch networks offered realization of expeditious calculations in the course of compression of signals and video signals with admissible losses of information, compression - data security without loss, expeditious definition of information conditions of objects of long monitoring. Methods of expeditious noiseproof coding of data and formation of compact alarm and code sequences of packages of information are offered.
