Abstract

The microelectronic circuit of the transducer of magnetic induction into frequency signal with magnetosensitive Hall element is proposed. On the basis of the mathematical model basing equations Kirgoff which present behavior of the circuit, function of transformation and the equation of sensitivity are received. The sensitivity has 2-18 kHz/mT in range of magnetic induction from 0,01 mT up to 300 mT.
