Abstract

We consider image coding based on adaptive two-dimensional contours of the analysis and synthesis, in particular, its application to encode the video image. Proposed reconstruction of samples of low-frequency component of the methods of interpolation and contour prediction, which leads to an increase in visual quality images with the same "detail" as well as motion detection scheme that enables transmission of high-frequency component of the video images by interleaving.
