Abstract

The scheme fragment ontology transition to new paradigms of construction of computer systems, in which the interrelation of new paradigms of lines of development of architecture is revealed, is offered technology of creation of element base of computer systems and a paradigm of development of information technologies. The basic directions of development of architecture of the computer and the element base which principles of job are based on various physical processes and the phenomena in areas nanotechnology are is short considered.
