Abstract

The article describe the proposed method increases the load capacity highlinear broadband buffer voltage. It consists in the use of circuit-functional organization that unites superlinear kernel buffer with broadband push-pull current amplifier. Provided the original scheme of specialized current mirror, which are the basis of the buffer core and said amplifier. Analyzes the results of computer modeling of the static and dynamic characteristics.
