Abstract

This article describe methods of improving the static and dynamic characteristics of specialized current mirrors with paraphase inputs, and push-pull amplifier, in which they are used. Parameters of static and dynamic characteristics, in particular, levels of the input and output resistances, as well as bandwidth for small-signal current transfer ratio are estimated. Examples of the construction of push-pull amplifier system using specialized current mirrors are considered. Authors had committed a comparative analysis of their static and dynamic characteristics.
