Abstract

In this article was made a classification of the mathematical models of the conversion characteristics in the measuring channel of the measurement tools. These models allows us to synthesize two-parameter correction algorithms that significantly reduce not only the additive and multiplicative errors, but also nonlinearity error. Using this researches was propound a block diagram of a rms voltmeter, in which the nonlinearity error is reduced more than tenfold.
