Abstract

The paper discusses the formalization process of building a component structure for systems in-circuit diagnostics of digital devices, in particular, the formation of fragments of partitions. Introduction, but reasonably based on a mathematical model of the theory of graphs. A definition of the basic structural elements and their fragments relations. Proposed additional characteristics of partitions based on the modeling elements of structures in the formation of the components shown in their interdependence. The close relationship of depth diagnostic digital device with the results of adjusting the structures of the partition: the decomposition of certain parameters in some cases disrupted the accuracy of fault location instructions. This article provides an analysis and found of formal terms of preventing such cases.
