Abstract

The paper presents an expert system based on fuzzy logic forecasting performance of the biogas plant to model the biogas output, which allows a certain quantitative and qualitative factors to predict biogas. This allows you to optimize the process of anaerobic fermentation of the substrate in order to increase productivity biogas plants and reduce their energy consumption. The numerical experiment is the influence of blade frequency of rotation of vertical mixing device and the fragmentation of raw materials on the efficiency of the anaerobic fermentation of the substrate on the results of computer mathematical modeling using expert-modeling system based on fuzzy logic.
