Distributed information system to support collective optimal decision search

Abstract

The possibility research of the Internet technologies using for the realization intensification of the process solutions of the creative tasks for the inventor character with the help of the informational communication in the real time for geographically remote researches with the controlling it by time domain extraction have been done. The structures of the system-defined configuration and informational interaction for realisation of the dispersed complex analysis variants and of the brainstorm have been presented. The features that allow improving brainstorm methods using Internet technologies have been extracted. The mathematical model has been developed and the criteria that allow estimating the impartially obtained solution productivity have been proposed.
