Abstract

The aspects of uncertainty of the process monitoring of concentration of dangerous substances in case of emergency ejection. It is proved that the prediction of consequences of accidents occur in conditions of uncertainty due to their suddenness and criticality of decision-making processes. Indicated the need for the implementation of postprocedure ABO clarification of the values of the parameters of chemical accidents in the post-accident period. Proposed baseline data for postprocesarea to get expert opinions with additional spot measurements of the concentrations of hazardous chemicals at fixed points, and on their basis to carry out the correction of decisions. For the definition of the zone and the nature of the infection model used fuzzy logic and neural network technology.
