Abstract

This paper analyzes the approaches to the construction of voltage reference and identified their strengths and weaknesses. Zaproponho-ed alternative way of constructing such devices in which the element is used as a reference oscillator reference current. The method allows to obtain thermally stable reference voltage in a fairly wide range of media-ment at the output. The article presents fragments of schemes proposed for the implementation of voltage reference. There are analytical expressions describing the operation of the proposed scheme and show possible to obtain almost zero temperature coefficient for them. Through computer simulation program circuit analysis confirmed the results.
