Abstract

In this article we present a method for determining the deviations of bit weights for successive approximation ADC in the main conversion mode. that is implemented using weight redundancy. The method is based on the use of weight redundancy and is based on analysis of a coding scheme in the main coding process. The method relies on the fact that a set of code combinations of ADC will be limited when applying weight redundancy. An algorithm is proposed for a successive determination of the deviations of the weights of the digits from the less significant bit (LSB) to the most significant bit (MSB)
