Abstract

Immittance logic is offered, in basis of which the logical state of chart is determined character of immittance RLCparameters. For the construction of immittance logical charts it is suggested to use properties of the onetransistor generalized transformers of immittance, workings in the linear mode. Estimation of potential fast-acting of immittance logical charts makes order of 10–9–10–12s and limited to the flight phenomena in transistor structures.
